ChatKarmic offers a free tier and a paid Basic plan, billed monthly or yearly (currently ₹199/month or ₹999/year). The prices, any introductory trial offer, and the trial length that apply to you are those shown to you at checkout, and may be updated from time to time.
Free trial & auto-renewal: Where an introductory trial is offered, a small verification/trial charge (shown at checkout) begins a limited trial period. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically renews into the selected plan and the plan price is charged automatically at the start of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel.
Cancellation: You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of your current billing period — cancelling stops all future renewals, and you keep access until the period you have already paid for ends. To cancel, contact us at [email protected].
Payments: All payments are processed securely via Razorpay on its PCI-DSS-compliant infrastructure, using a recurring e-mandate where applicable. We do not store any financial data (card numbers, UPI IDs, etc.) on our servers.
Fair Usage Policy: To ensure a smooth experience for all users, ChatKarmic plans are subject to reasonable usage limits. Most users will never reach these limits under normal usage. We reserve the right to manage excessive or automated usage to maintain service quality.
